Easter camp survey results are in!
We had an amazing time at camp this Easter! With more Easter camps open than ever we were able to entertain even more children at our holiday clubs.
Barracudas Activity Day Camps are committed to giving every child such an amazing time that they want to come back. As part of this commitment, we ask our bookers to fill in a short survey to let us know about their experience.
We got a great response from over 3 thousand of our bookers again this Easter and are pleased to be able to share the results.
First impressions
First impressions count and it's no different at an activity day camp. We know that parents and children can be nervous coming to camp for the first time and seasoned campers have high expectations. Barracudas strives to provide a smooth and welcoming registration. Parents should be reassured that their children are in safe hands and the children should be super excited about their day at camp at drop off.
We're thrilled that we met these high standards this Easter with over 96% saying their first impressions were either good or excellent.
Range of activities
It's all about the unrivalled activities at Barracudas! With over 80 activities on offer and a choice for each session, we're committed to offering children an amazing experience whatever they're into. From arts and crafts to Kinball and specialist activities such as motor sports, fencing and archery, we make sure there's plenty of fun to be had at Barracudas.
Our bookers weren't disappointed this Easter and over 95% of respondents rated our range of activities as good or excellent.
Superb staff
Parents leave their most precious beings with us for a full day of fun. Whether you book Barracudas to break up the long school holidays or because you're a busy working parent, we know you need to know they're in safe hands. We have a rigorous training process and have high qualification requirements. Not only this, but we also need our staff to be fun and motivational for the children on camp.
This year we're pleased that over 96% of bookers confirmed they thought our staff were either good or excellent.
Worth recommending
This question is really important to us. Barracudas appreciates the best advertising comes from word of mouth. Not only this, we really do care that our bookers are impressed with us enough to have the confidence in us to recommend us to their friends and family. We care about this so much that we even have a Recommend a Friend scheme.
After attending our Easter camps, 94% of bookers confirmed that they would be extremely likely or likely to recommend Barracudas.

Whilst we hate to hear negative feedback, it's vital for us to be able to identify any areas which may need improvement. Barracudas continues to listen to our valued customers and work hard on any areas identified that we can make even better.
